Returns and repairs

Would you like to have a product repaired within the warranty period or cancel your order?

At Teufel Audio, we’re so confident in our products that we offer all customers an 8-week trial period for testing their purchase within their own four walls. We also offer a 12-year warranty on loudspeaker enclosures, chassis, and crossovers; and a 2-year warranty on all electronic devices and components. If it should happen that our product does not live up to your expectations during this period, the following will explain how you can return it to us.

  • Learn more about how to return a product

    • We ask that you please contact us before returning the product. This will allow us to address all of your concerns.
    • When contacting us, please have the following information from your order confirmation on hand:
      • Order number (begins with a 3, e.g. 30012345)
      • Customer number
    • After registering your return, you can arrange to have your product picked up free of charge. We will inform you regarding the exact details of your return shipment over the phone.
    • Getting into contact with us is not a prerequisite for the effective execution of your right of return.


    Attention: Please do not send any repairs or returns to our address without first contacting us. We’ll provide you with the return address for your package and tell you how you can get a return label.

    Return form:
    After contacting us, you’ll receive the return form, already completed by us, per email. Please check the data and include this form with your return shipment.

    We recommend entering a thorough description of the problem if you are sending your goods to be repaired. This will help our technicians to quickly and efficiently solve the problem.

Would you like to have a product repaired outside of the warranty period ?

If your Teufel product becomes defective after the warranty and guarantee period has expired, we can offer you a professional repair service. This service is based on a cost estimate.

  • Learn more about fee-based repairs

    In order to produce a cost estimate, we will arrange to have the product sent to us at our expense via a transportation company commissioned by us.
    Contact Teufel's service hotline and have the invoice number of your original receipt on hand along with the serial number of your device.
    Once we have received the device, we will examine it and prepare a defect report as well as a cost estimate for the repair.
    We will send you a cost estimate by email or postal letter within 5 to 7 working days of receiving your device. The repair will only be carried out if you inform us by email or postal letter within 4 weeks of receiving the cost estimate that you accept our offer. We normally require 10 working days to complete a repair (starting from the date of conclusion of the contract).
