Shipping logistics
Particularly large and/or heavy orders (over 31.5 kg) are delivered by a forwarding agent. As a rule, the commissioned company will arrange an individual delivery date with you - for this purpose, we need your telephone number during the ordering process.

Shipping time
You will find information on the shipping time on the respective product detail page. Please note that for orders that are paid with the payment method "prepayment", the delivery can only be set in motion as soon as the invoice amount has been credited to our account. In order to be able to make a direct delivery of goods in stock, we recommend that you select PayPal or credit card as payment method. The delivery time varies depending on the type of delivery (by DHL/ UPS or forwarding agent). For logistical reasons, DHL or UPS occasionally splits up shipments to the same addressee and delivers them on different days one after the other - especially if the packages have different sizes.

The delivery date is:
- for deliveries within Germany, it should be no longer than 9 days.
- for deliveries outside Germany, it should take no longer than 14 working days.
We refer to delivery dates deviating from this on our product pages.
For products that are not ready for dispatch within one working day, the delivery date is postponed by the number of days by which they are ready for dispatch at the latest.

Please note, if your shipment consists of several parcels, it may in rare cases happen that the parcels arrive at your premises on different days. This applies, for example, to home cinema systems, stereo loudspeakers and systems and soundbars. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this.

How long do I have to return a product?
